Can I use my rocker outside?
The finish on these rockers is an acrylic and is designed for use on a covered porch away from nature's elements. Because your chair is made with solid hardwoods, it will age similar to the wood on your home. Maintenance of your rocker will help keep its finish looking new. Whether covered porch or indoors, keep your rocker cleaned and polished with a high quality furniture polish to extend the life of the finish. Should your rocker get wet, please be sure to dry it as soon as possible. The finish on any wood product will eventually begin to deteriorate. To restore its beauty, we recommend a light hand sanding and cleaning followed by application of a quality finish material as directed by your local store. Periodic touch up of scratches and nicks will protect the wood and keep moisture and mildew from building up.
Are the rockers shipped fully assembled?

What if my order arrives damaged?

What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
What if I don't feel comfortable making a credit card purchase online?
No problem, if you prefer to use a personal check please call 1-877-886-0992 to place your order by telephone. Customer Service is open from 10:00 to 6:00 EST, Tuesday through Saturday. Shipment of your order will be delayed until your check clears so receiving your order will take additional time.

What about shipping?
Our rocker and chair prices include US residential or commercial shipping to *most addresses in the Eastern or Central time zones. There is a $100 surcharge per order, not per rocker or chair, to eleven Mountain and Pacific time zone states due to high freight rates. The shipping surcharge applies to AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, UT, OR, WA, WY. The $100 shipping surcharge will be waived for orders of FOUR or more adult rockers, or SIX or more chairs. Childrens furniture, footstools, side tables, and cushions continue to have free shipping (touch-up paint purchases do not count towards minimum order totals).
The shipping carrier will call to set up an appointment for delivery and a signature is required. Rockers and chairs are shipped via UPS Freight or other freight carrier on large trucks due to the oversize shipping cartons so please advise us of any shipping considerations to your location in the Additional Information box on the checkout page.
Please note: Some shipping addresses in the US incur a substantial shipping surcharge due to their location such as a US domestic island and/or when a ferry would be required for delivery, the location is remote, or the rockers are to be delivered to an address in a major metropolitan city. Some examples would be: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, the NYC Metro Area, Greater Seattle, or Washington, DC. If your address is one that would incur such a surcharge and where we would suffer a loss over and above the sales price we will notify you ASAP and you can either choose to pay the extra shipping charges, provide an alternate shipping address, or cancel your order.
Please note that standard included shipping includes residential or commercial delivery to the curbside or door only. If you ask the driver to bring the carton inside, or unpack it for you, you may incur additional charges from the delivery company and they may bill you for these charges. If there is any question, ask the driver first.
Do you ship internationally?
No, sorry, we do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous USA.
How long will my order take and when will it arrive?
We will send you an e-mail confirmation of your order immediately upon completion of the checkout process. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Items ordered from the Quick Ship section, beginning with the product code QS- are in stock and will ship within 1 to 5 days. Transit time will add another 2 to 7 business days.
Items ordered from the Special Order section, beginning with the product code SO- are not in stock and can take 4 to 10 weeks to arrive. Click here to read more about Special Order wait times. You may not hear from us while we are waiting for your order to be ready but rest assured we have ordered it and will pick it up ASAP, but feel free to check with us at anytime to see if we have updated information from the factory.
Once the items have shipped we will e-mail you with a tracking number so that you will be available at the shipping address for delivery.

What about returns?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money less any shipping charge we paid on your behalf as long as you return the item in the original, reusable packaging, and in original, new condition, within 7 days of receiving your order. You must contact us by phone or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. Return shipping charges are your responsibility and you may wish to insure the your return against damage. Special order or custom orders cannot be returned or refunded. Once your return is received and the condition of the returned item is inspected and verified we will refund your purchase price to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase, less any outbound or return shipping charges. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
